20 Ways to be proud and happy with your own body!


1.Think of it as the vehicle of your dream. Honor it & respect it!

2.Create a list of all the things your body lets you do. Read it often!


3.Think often about all the things your body can do for you each day!


4.Be confident and proud. Walk always with you head up!


5.Don't let you weight or shape keep you away from the things you enjoy doing!


6.Wear clothes you feel comfortable in, those which reflect your style!


7.Count your blessings!


8.Think about all the other productive things you could do instead of spending time worrying about your appearance!


9.Create a list of the people you admire, and think whether really their appearance made them what they are!


10.Be your body's friend, not enemy


11.Think about it: your skin replaces itself once a month, your stomach lining every five days and your liver every six months. Your body in extraordinary! Appreciate it!


12.Thank you body every morning for resting and rejuvenating itself so you can enjoy the rest of the day!
